As of April 2021, the US economy was down 4  million jobs, and at the same time there are 8.1 million jobs in cybersecurity and technology that are left unfilled (Hanson, 2021). Students demand skills and capabilities that make them resilient, to be adaptable, and for employers to seek them out for their talent.​
